ONLY 3% OF STARTUPS BECOME SUCCESSFUL !

There is a common point in the startups is that when they are starting out, everyone is excited, the atmosphere is hot and ready to “rush”.
But after only about 1 to 2 years, the atmosphere was mixed, some people gave up, some people turned into a business to make a profit, only a few kept their original spirit. After 3-4 years, it can be said that the number of successes or the right steps on the path of starting a business is very small.
There are no exact figures but many people in the startup community estimate that only 3% of startups are truly successful. Success here is understood to have built a business, own brand known and trusted by customers, have a stable number of customers, creating a stable monthly income. Why?
Are successful entrepreneurs smarter than losers? Do successful entrepreneurs have more money than losers? Do successful entrepreneurs have better ideas than those who fail? The answer is “No!”.
To start a business successfully, you must be a “entrepreneur”, that is, you must have the characteristics of a start-up.
A person who goes to work – 8 hours a day and a 40-hour workweek – when he starts a business, if he keeps up that work habits, he will definitely fail.
An employee feeling too restrictive, not wanting to be told by others and being forced to do things he doesn’t like should quit his job in the hope of being more free and happy. The outcome also certainly fails.
Entrepreneurs are people who are willing to work 16 hours a day, 7 days a week continuously for a long time, maybe during the first 3-4 years of starting a business.
However, the willingness to work for many hours and days continuously is not enough for you to succeed when starting a business. Entrepreneurs need the following important qualities:
1. Hard work: Starting a business is the most difficult, hardest time, there are thousands of things you have to do by yourself, while you have no experience, no help. When you first start your career, everything is very new to you, you have not proven that you will succeed, so few people are willing to follow you, or there are not or very few people supporting you. It all depends on the ability and who you are. You must bear hard.
