SOME ADVICES FOR STARTUP – PART 1 : PLANNING PERIOD

You had an idea for business. So, Making the business plan is not only your first work ,but the key in the beginning of startup process .You can take these advices into consideration to apply for this process .
“ Business is a marathon competition , it’s not a sprint race ”. You likely heard this quote many times. Importantly, you must understand deeply the differences between marathon and sprint run.
A marathon competition requests that you must have both general and particular plans before starting to moderate in the real race. The marathon is long – distance race with an official distance of  26,2 miles ( approximately 42 kilometres) . If you put an extremely effort in some first miles , you have nothing left for the rest of the race’s road. In fact , It is encouraged that the half part of the marathon should be running bit slower than the other one.
Find a right mentor
“ If you are on the road to business, try to find a mentor ”. If you’re at the position that can share your skills you learned, give it to the others by becoming a mentor for them ” – Richard Branson
Mentor is your instructor when everything becomes more complicated, and even if you don’t have any ideas that you…don’t know. Although you are having the recruiting plans, marketing, product development or finding the founding team , mentor will help you make the right decision . Let’s find a mentor that has seasoned experience at the industry that you’re in.  Having a mentor – who helps you advertise your products to the extensive network is the benefit for startup.
Find a co – founder
Co – founder can help you fill the spaces in your managing team. Don’t be shy when finding someone that has the homogeneous concern but not the same strength. For example, you’re good at product aspect, find someone that can manage marketing. However, try to find someone that has the same passion with your products and believe your overall view of your company.
