SOME ADVICES FOR STARTUP – PART 2: PLAN IMPLEMENTATION PROCESS
You completed the plan implementation process, now, it’s time to actualize what you wrote down. Recruitment , product development , marketing deployment and sale strategies,…There are something below to keep your mind in the process.
Effective recruitment
The human factor accounts for 90 percent of the success and failure in business. At the beginning, recruit first 50 people by yourself. The scale of your company is too small to rush into hiring an independent recruiter, you need to participate in every recruiting conference.
Make sure that you employ the people who’re into your products or your company, and they fit with your company culture, and recruit them at the right time. One of them you need to consider to get them into your company firstly is office manager to help you cover some daily duties like organizing paperwork, logistics.
Build business culture
It’s a big mistake to think that business culture will be boosted along with time. Maybe it’s true, but its result unlikely to be what you want. Sit with the co – founders and find the kind of culture that you want to form in your company.
List the ways that you can simplify in recruitment requests or some features which the candidate must fit with. Many companies have a handbook about the culture that the new will be asked to follow. Keep track on these things at the first time, you will have the potential team engaged in the long run.
Be transparent
Transparency is the foundation for building trust. Be transparent, not only with your staff, with consumers, but with investors. Your team members will feel they are more involved in the management if you share with them the plan and vision. Some companies hold open discussions about salaries and related processes. Openness and transparency are great things when starting a business. Please accept it.
